Corporate Conference Rates & TermsThe Great Oak Lodge & Restaurant offers this conference package, with a suggested itinerary, under very favorable terms:
- 75 person minimum guaranteed guest count
- 200 person maximum confirmed guest count
- May through October - Tuesday through Thursday
- $7,000.00 rental of property
- Per Person Rate $150.00
- Organized Food and Beverage charges included
- Does not include tax or gratuity
- $3,500.00 non-refundable deposit required
